I filed a complaint on Better Business Bureaus web site with my case: http://www.bbb.org/mbc/business-reviews/parking-lots-and-garages/diamond-parking-ltd-in-vancouver-bc-157865
I also wrote a letter to Diamond Parking, demanding them to void and clear my tickets.
Let’s see how it will work out. I hope there are still some integrity out there.
